Ep 69. Doomed World : Finale

In the terminal room in the Safety Tunnels, Gum kneels in front of Razor, bandaging her wounds and damaged shell with pink gauze. The background features many blood stains, bones, other rolls of pink gauze, and the remains of some wooden object that was used to make spear handles. The respawn terminal behind gum is dirty and low on printer materials. Gum thinks to herself, I might be going crazy, but I could have sworn, That Razor was about to kill me. Razor lays on the floor, bloody and hardly conscious.
Gum is using the terminal. The screen says, Admin permission required, please scan keycard. Please remove hands from keyboard. The keyboard flips slowly in the next panel as mechanisms make sounds. Text says whirr and turn. In the next panel, the terminal screen says, Place keycard in center of tray. Please wait. Keep hands clear. Gum has placed the admin card in the bloody tray and it is being scanned by the machine.
The terminal screen reads, Welcome back, Remedy. A staff photo of Painkiller pops up on the screen. The rest of the text says, Please wait. Gum thinks, That's a cute nurse. The machine continue whirring as the tray flips back over to the keyboard side. The screen on the terminal reads, What would you like to do? The options are, Spawn, Respawn, Register Citizen, Change settings, Bioreactor status, and Exit.
Gum is typing something. Text describes the sounds of typing on the keyboard. The screen now displays the commands that she entered and how the machine responded. They read, Respawn. Please enter generalized object ID. Sharps container. No items for ID sharps container found in registry. Scan DNA sample? Gum types out the word Yes. A part of Sharps is placed on the scanning tray and is scanned while the screen reads, Please wait.
Gum stands by the printer holding the supports steady as they are printed. Fresh red liquid leaks from the support structure and drains into a grate at the foot of the machine. Text describes another whirring sound as the machine prints. Razor is resting in the foreground. Gum breaks away some of the supports, looking inside with her headlamp on. Text describes the sounds of the supports snapping and breaking away. Gum says, Sharps? In the next panel, Sharps' eye opens.
Gum caresses Razor's head and says, Razor, wake up for a sec. Razor mumbles gruff. Text says nudge nudge. Razor opens one of her eyes. Gum says, The machine needs a piece of your friend. In the next panel, Gum says, Please tell me you brought one. Sharps can be seen propped up against the terminal in the background. Razor pulls some of her quote unquote hair out. Text says pull.
Gum says, So that's what that stuff was. A remnant of Fuzzball's corpse is presented to her in Razor's open paw. Gum says, Morbid.
Blurry text says, Razor.
The text gradually becomes clearer and reads, Razor, Wakey wakey, Razor.
Fuzzball, with a few left over bits of printer supports stuck to her face shouts, Razor!
