On the CAST page, survivors will display their current health state.
STARSHEET
The survivor's mind has been gripped with a signal and afflicted with STARSHEET. Survivor will hallucinate more stars in the sky at night.

The survivor has progressed into DELIRIUM. They will experience increasingly frequent violent outbursts and heavy disorientation.

EASTER EGGS
When special conditions are met, assimilated objects will experience a unique morph. These are called Easter Eggs.

A parasitic beacon. The signals help parasites communicate and adapt. They also affect the minds of survivors.

The object has morphed into a stationary injector that is attached to the bed of a hive foundation. The rest of its cells have been converted into a deadly neurotoxin that melts trespassers into animal cell piles.

The object has morphed into a cell converting stationary parasite. It absorbs victims of ANNEX into the bed of the hive foundation and produces raw building material.
ID_THREESPINES
STAGE ONE: It reaches and pulls from far away using unnatural disasters. It is upset that it was born.
ID_SHROUD
It picks through hive signals for memories of voices and mimics them. It slowly overtakes large areas scarce of its allies to hinder and hunt stragglers. Its venom melts any cell type and its deadly talents spread to nearby hives.

LATE-STAGE EVENTS
The consequences of inaction. Late-stage events will remain active until all affected survivors are finished with the event in the timeline.
EGSTROM
ID_THREESPINES has rejected an eggmass back onto the Rings. Until it stops, rain will infest survivors on contact and eggs/larvae will survive much longer without a host.
COLDWAVE
ID_THREESPINES has generated a freezing unnatural disaster. Parasites will slow down for a short time before permanently adapting to freezing temperatures.
